Windows 7 winzip not working

This problem occurs when I try to run the Winzip software, but looks like it may also be related to printing to a particular printer and perhaps other programs.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. The program DID open when run in safe mode with networking. I cannot figure out if the problem is due to a windows update or not. I cannot do a system restore to an earlier period of time because the only active restores are after the programs stopped working. How quickly will I get my solution?
