If so what do you think? Hey are you getting excited re Reason 3, the combinator, mastering suite in line mixing channels. Yes, I am excited about Reason 3!
Not as excited as I should be about the mastering suite, though. At the very least I can "master" my reason tracks with rewire.
Although not true mastering, I am sure the mastering suite will be useful Meanwhile, the RDK is on my Christmas list. I hope my wife takes the not so subtle hints that I have given her! You mean theshout from the kitchen : honey, i 've entered all the details on the computer if you just hit the enter key, you have bought me my christmas present. Winning smile. Well he could always just buy Sonar power 4 whenit's released I can see why they don't want to make a PDF version freely available--why make it easier for the pirates?
But as a legitimate user I wouldn't mind having a PDF manual; it would be great to have one to keep on my laptop so I don't have to shlep the manual around.
Thanks for the replies guy - I have apparently stepped on a mine an didn't plan to. Actually and Cakewalk can verify , I am a registered S2 user, and I did already download the demo, but as I never went to S3, I didn't ever use bussing, and the help files are not all that useful. So can I do this is S4PE? Can the busses be either 2ch or 5. Is it possible to have both a 2ch and a 5. How is this handled? I have and old copy of Sonic Foundry's Soft Encode. Can I hook this directly into S4, or do I have to bounce stem mixes to disk them open them in Soft Encode. He's been in this thread in fact 2 of them have. See we do not want copy protection or propritary hardware on our sequencer.
